Welcome to year 4. It was great to hear all about your holidays and the different activities that you got up to!
Here in year 4 we are excited for the new year ahead, with more emphasis on the New Curriculum and Areas of Learning. These include Language, Literacy and Communication, Mathematics and Numeracy, Science and Technology, Health and Well-Being, Expressive Arts and Humanities. Each of these Areas of Learning will be taught through the different Topics we will be exploring throughout the year. Through all of these experiences and activities the children will strive to become Healthy and Confident Individual, Ambitious Capable Learners, Enterprising and Creative Contributors and Ethically Informed Citizens. All of which are life skills to take them into adult life.
