Weekly Home Learning
Homework will be sent home each Friday. It will be either a literacy or numeracy task. Please stick work sheets in home learning books.
In addition, weekly reading books will be sent home to be read with an adult. Please ensure that you leave a note in the reading record 'monkey book' to show that you have read the book at home.
A list of High Frequency Words will be sent home throughout the year. These are words that are very common in reading and writing (words like - the of to with etc). When these words are learnt, they can really improve the fluency of reading and writing. Please support your child to learn these words.
