EAL Support/ EMTAS Support

Welcome

At Gladstone Primary School, our EAL/EMTAS Class is a support class for children aged between 7-11 whose first langauge is not English. We meet two mornings a week to compliment class work and provide real life opportunities; such as visits around the local area; to help children settle and feel more confident in their surroundings. Our recent 'pupil led' class discussions have resulted in requests to visit: Maindy Leisure Centre, Cathays Library, Cardiff Museum and Cardiff Castle - we will do our best to visit as many of these places as we can- watch this space !!!!!
