You all worked so hard yesterday - it was lovely to see all the work that you have been completing at home.

I am looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday in our live meeting.  I will send the meeting code to you all soon!

Literacy - we are continuing to use yesterday's picture to develop ideas about the characters and the setting of the story. 

Activity - to draw a picture of what the little girl will see when she arrives at the tunnel.

Will she arrive at the seaside, a school or even a rainforest? Discuss with your family and use the ideas from yesterday's activity.  Remember to add lots of detail to your picture.  You can choose to draw the picture using paper and pencils or use Just2Easy on HWB to create a digital picture. 

Maths - we are revisiting yesterday's numeracy skill of adding and subtracting 10, 20 and 30 from a 2 digit number.  For the 2 STAR challenge I have uploaded a random number generator - using this you can create your own sums and practice subtracting 10, 20 and 30 from your own 2 digit numbers.
