If you are part of the gardening club, please bring an old coat and clothes/shoes you don't mind getting a bit muddy.

The gardening club has been busy during the Spring term.  We have been chitting and planting potatoes, donated by the potato council.  We have been sorting the seeds into months and seasons, ready to plant at the right time of year.  We have written to B&Q to ask for their help with resources (and are waiting for their response).

Next term, more children will be joining the gardening club and we will be checking on our potatoes, watering them and ensuring they have enough compost.  We will be weeding the garden and planting more seeds and watching them grow.

If there are any parents that wish to help out and are free Friday lunch times for one evening after school for an hour (except Tuesdays) then please contact me.
